Apple Crisp with Craisins/ Raisins
Just needs a small scoop of vanilla ice cream.

When the new crop of apples are available to purchase it always reminds me to bake an Apple Crisp with Craisins/ Raisins! It's the delicious apple dessert that is baked in the oven and has a crunchy topping of oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and butter/ margarine. Adding raisins and craisins to the peeled sliced apples in the baking dish before baking tastes, well, so yummy! Over the years I've baked so many of these desserts! Sometimes, it finds a place on our dessert table on Thanksgiving Day. After serving into dessert dishes add a small scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream on top. So good!
