Spring!

View from our front window!

Our warm Spring weather has brought so much color to my town!  One cannot help but daydream while enjoying all of the flowering trees & bushes.

The Forsythia bushes are now part bright yellow flowers & part green leaves.  Flowering Crabapple trees add a beautiful pink color to our neighborhood.  While taking the daily walk the white Crabapple trees add to the beauty, too!

~Today's View~
at Noontime

It's February 9th!  It is winter and the light snowflakes keep falling today!  Schools are closed for the day in the northeast & the snowplow has visited my neighborhood already this AM.  It will return! Yesterday, our thermometer reading was 51°F.  Today is a totally different story.  There is no taking a walk outside for me.  Our handy dandy treadmill will be used!

But, what a beautiful view from any window in our home!

A Fave Fall Foliage View

Puffy white clouds floated in the blue sky last Wednesday!  We were driving north on Rt. 116 toward the center of Amherst, MA.  My passenger side window was unrolled & I was waiting- ready.  Ready to see one of my fave Fall foliage views.  Suddenly there it was, so I snapped a photo!  Oranges, maroons, reds & yellows along with shades of green.  My childhood memory revisited!  Every autumn this is a spectacular sight!
