Top Post of 2021!

Tonight's dinner is baking in our oven. It is also the top blog post that I wrote for last year- in 2021! Drum roll here,
da dum... Baked Taco Pie!
Ground Beef, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and shredded cheeses layered between tortillas. Oh, there are herbs and spices in the mix, too. It's served with a dollop of sour cream. Oh Yum!
We have extra portions, so they always have a spot in our freezer for a quick and easy future dinner.
